A kaleidoscopic collection of 10 metallic shades, curated by Tarte.
The Review:
This gorgeous palette comes with a mix of metallic and shimmery shades, including an iridescent highlighter in the middle.
The Make Believe in Yourself Eye & Cheek Palette is house in a very sturdy round compact, with a decent sized mirror. It’s surrounded by a curated mix of neutrals and brights. As you can see in the swatch below, the color payoff is very good, as with all Tarte products. Lasts at least 8 hours on me with an eyeshadow primer. There is some fall out with the metallic shades, but doesn’t bother me too much.
And I love the fact you can create numerous looks by mixing and matching all the different shades here, without having to use another eyeshadow product.

The shade in the middle is an iridescent white with pink pearls, there is no shade name assigned
Crystal – shimmery taupe
Pixie – shimmery rose gold
Myth – satin brown with reddish undertones
Magic – metallic medium bronze
Wings – intense metallic bronze with warm undertones
Marvel – metallic cool toned green with glitter flecks
Trance – metallic plum mauve with glitter flecks
Fairy – shimmery purple
Mystic – metallic blue with green undertones
Dream – Shimmery teal green with flashes of blue
