The Review:
In a sea of eyeshadow palettes, it’s refreshing to see new eyeshadow releases in single pots.
There are currently 9 shades in the permanent collection, consists of 5 shimmery and 4 matte shades.
As you would normally expect from Marc Jacobs products, the packaging is minimalist and chic. It’s a round black eyeshadow pot, with a flip-top lid, and a small mirror on the inside.
You get a ton of product per shade – 3.8g to be exact, which is two times the size of most other eyeshadow singles. The idea is that the curated color range are flattering and frequently-used shades, hence you would need a bigger eyeshadow pan.
The textures of these eyeshadows are luxurious and almost-creamy to the touch. The color payoff is also superb.
Once applied, the colors lasts the whole day with no creasing or fading.
